Shipping and Returns Made Easy
ShadesBroker.com strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for our customers. That's why shipping, returns and exchanges are a cinch.
All initial orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE of charge via FedEx. Shipping usually takes 6-9 business days for delivery. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment on FedEx's website.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every ShadesBroker.com shopper to be happy and completely satisfied with his or her selection. If you decide that the oversized cat-eye is really not your style after all, no worries! You have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange your item or return it for a refund. Returns or exchanges are not permitted after 30 days.
We know you'll love your ShadesBroker.com authentic designer shades, but if you are not content with your selection for any reason, you can return it and receive a credit toward the purchase of any other ShadesBroker.com product.
Items must be in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact. Due to our fabulous pricing, we are required to charge 20% of the original purchase price as a restocking fee for all items returned for a refund. Items returned for a ShadesBroker.com credit are not charged a restocking fee.
Please allow up to seven days for a refund to be credited back to your bank account.
Returning Defective Products
ShadesBroker.com makes every effort to ensure that your product arrives to you in perfect condition. However, on a rare occasion an item may have a tiny flaw or blemish from the manufacturer that slips by unnoticed by our inspectors.
That is why we urge you to examine your item carefully as soon as you receive it and notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt, in order for the return policy on defective products to be honored.
If you return a defective item to be replaced with the same model, color, and size, all shipping costs are on us. However if you return an item as defective and want a different product in exchange, you pay the shipping cost. If you return a defective item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
You may cancel your ShadesBroker.com order within 4 hours without incurring a cancellation or restocking fee. If you choose to cancel your order more than 4 hours after it was placed, or cancel a back-ordered item more than 24 hours after being notified of the back order, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
A price match request must be granted before an order is placed and may not be applied to an order placed before a price match was granted. A price match may not be combined with any other discount. A price match may not be used on items being exchanged. Price match requests are provided only to U.S.-based merchants selling eyewear exclusively; price match requests to eBay and other auction-style sellers will not be considered. Price match requests are compared to the total cost of the item plus shipping costs, taxes or fees that may apply. ShadesBroker.com reserves the right to deny a price match request at our discretion.
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties and cross-border fees that may be assessed on your shipment. If you need to return an item, be sure to declare the item as "Returned Item Without Value" or we will be forced to charge you for any duties incurred by U.S. Customs.
Mint Condition; Return Codes; Packing; Shipping Address
- Mint Condition: The product must be returned in new, unused condition, with no marks on the product or the case, and all original tags, labels, packing materials, warranty cards and instruction booklets returned in mint condition. We cannot accept any items that show any signs of wear. If a product shows signs of wear, it will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be permitted.
- Return Code: Before exchanging or returning an item, obtain a Return Code by emailing us at email@example.com. Be sure to request a Return Code and list the model(s) you are returning along with the model(s) you want to receive in exchange. The Return Code number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official Return Code will not be accepted.
- Packing: Please pack your product for exchange or return in a sturdy box (not a padded envelope). Items that arrive damaged due to poor packing will not be eligible for exchange or repair under warranty. Send your exchange prepaid and insured for the full value of the item through a reputable carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- Shipping Address: All returns must be shipped to the address specified in the return instructions email. Do not send your return to our New York mailing address. Returned items will not be accepted at the New York address and will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to this address.
